Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SFDC (Salesforce) Tech Lead to join our team for a project with our client, JPMC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, certification, and familiarity with AWS Cloud Integration. This role involves creating and maintaining technical documentation, ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions, and proficiently utilizing Salesforce-specific programming languages and web development technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Salesforce Certification is a must, and AWS Cloud Integration is good to have.
• Proficiency in Salesforce-specific programming languages (Apex, SOSL, SOQL).
• Familiarity with web development technologies (MVC framework, Lightning Component Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visualforce).
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, such as REST, SOAP, and Bulk API, for integrating the platform with external systems and enabling seamless data exchange.
• Understanding various integration patterns and middleware tools to create robust and scalable integrations.
• Data modeling and database design: Understanding of database design principles, such as normalization and indexing, to optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Salesforce security and sharing models: Strong grasp of Salesforce's security and sharing models, including concepts like profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Salesforce Certification is required.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce-specific programming languages (Apex, SOSL, SOQL).
• Familiarity with web development technologies (MVC framework, Lightning Component Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visualforce).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
