Job Description
Enjoy problem solving? You were born to be a dispatcher! Our Dispatchers are the go-to person for our technicians and service team. This job will entail ongoing communication with technicians and customers. As a Godby Dispatcher, you will schedule customers as they call in with their service requests. You will also support and route the technicians on their daily journey by updating them with necessary information and ordering parts. Our dispatcher is a key element in making the day go smoothly!
Job Duties:
Organizing technician days
Optimizing technician routes
Building relationships with our customers
Responding to service leads
Accomplish and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Answer incoming customer calls
Scheduling customers for service and maintenance appointments
Confirm appointments for the next day
Happy Calls after appointments
Order and Coordinate parts for jobs
Support technician needs while on the job site
