Product Manager
Los Angeles, CA – Remote Position / GOAT – Full-Time

We’re seeking a Product Manager.

In this role, you will:

Support growth marketing, SEO, performance marketing and CRM; lead customer acquisition
and retention initiatives; and apply data to identify opportunities and make the right product
decision. Primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Lead the product ideation, road mapping and execution of customer acquisition and
  retention initiatives, supporting functions such as Growth Marketing, Performance
  Marketing, CRM and SEO.
• Collaborate closely with key Marketing stakeholders to understand business and team
  needs, providing innovative and thoughtful solutions.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineering, product design and QA to delivery roadmap
  items that create the best possible experiences for our customers.
• Work closely with Analytics and Data Science to define, monitor and analyze metrics for
  new and existing features and products, identifying trends and looking for areas of
  optimization.
• Own new feature and/or product roll outs from end-to-end, working collaboratively to
  ensure a first-class customer experience across all touch points.
• Conduct opportunity analyses on new and or existing features and product
  improvements.
• Compose clear and concise feature requirements and use these to build consensus
  throughout the organization.
• Responsible for in-depth and comprehensive analyses of new product features.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Product Development, Engineering, Computer
  Science, Information, Technology/Systems, or other closely related technical field of
  study; Plus 2 years (24 months) of work experience in the job offered or other closely
  related positions.
• May work remotely anywhere in the U.S.
• Experiences may be concurrent. Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination
  of education, experience, and/or training to satisfy the minimum requirements for the
  position.

Salary Range: $140,500 to $175,500/YEAR
