**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management, construction estimating, and project scheduling. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we would like to hear from you.

For the candidate, this position can be 100% remote.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects from inception to completion

- Assist with developing project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work

- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications

- Generate a Bill of Materials based on the drawings or scope of work.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations

- Utilize project management software Knowify and Condoit.io for documentation and collaboration

**Qualifications:**

- Experience with Electric Vehicle Charger and Solar Panels installations

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry

- Proficiency in NEC codes and standards

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles

- Experience with project scheduling software (we use Knowify)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to create or review single line drawings (we use condoit.io)

- Can review and load analysis

- Certification in Project Management is a plus
