GLOWTOUCH is Hiring a Customer Care Representatives Near San Antonio, TX

GlowTouch is growing and we are expanding into San Antonio! We are looking for experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our motivated and ambitious team. Come be one of the pioneers at our newest location!
What Will You Do?
As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide customers with exceptional customer service by helping them with general insurance and inquiries pertaining to their jewelry and other property. You will be properly trained to provide accurate information and deliver quality service that exceeds the client’s expectations. This position involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions. 
Ideal candidates for this position will be outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. We are seeking individuals who have outstanding customer service skills and are eager to put a smile into every interaction.
The position will be located in our call center at the Project CoWork Building, 11103 West Ave, San Antonio 78213
In this position, you will:
  • Deliver a level of customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Build a positive rapport on every interaction.
  • Engage and assist high value clients with an open-mind and white glove service
  • Accurately document all information exchanged.
  • Process payments for policyholders in accordance with PCI standards
  • Delivers on commitments to customers by providing follow-up and follow-through.
  • Actively participates in the growth and retention of customers by following guidelines and delivering best in class service.
  • Meet key performance metrics including quality, productivity, timeliness, and others as applicable.
  • Report to work on time and as scheduled.
  • Review and follow standard operating procedures determined by leadership.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external partners.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Who You Are:  
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • An understanding and focus on accuracy and high-quality service.
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience, preferably in insurance or jewelry industry
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in keyboarding/typing 
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Able to embrace change and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Actively engage in an ongoing learning environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
One or a combination of the following will be taken into consideration in lieu of direct call center experience: training, military experience, and/or education.

Education: College education preferred or High School Diploma and relevant experience. 
Wage: $18.00 Hourly
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: The program is currently open Mon-Fri 7am-7pm CST; must be flexible as hours may change in the future.
