Rank Dentistry (owned by 4theweb.com) is a virtual company based in Denver, CO. We have a growing team that all work from the comfort of our homes. Our clients are all over the US. The services you will be selling to prospective clients are: SEO, PPC, Web Design, and Social Media Marketing.

**SET WORKING HOURS:**

* This is a full time sales position where you are required to work from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday -- Friday, from your home office.

* You are required to join a virtual 30min daily line up meeting with other sales reps at 7:00am PST

**COLD CALLING:**

* Make 400 cold calls per week to specific dental businesses

* Ability to call these business owners on weekdays between 8am to 5pm.

* Learn, master & follow existing proven sales script

* Some of these businesses, if they are bigger, have front desks. You will need to get past these gate keepers to get to the business owner.

* Briefly describe our product and handle objections to qualified leads

* Ability to follow-up and call these leads at scheduled times

* Our whole approach is more consultative selling rather than pushy selling. The whole cold calling shouldn't be pushy. The whole tone of the call should be we are here to help them grow their business. Our sales process cycle is long. So, every point of the engagement should be consultative. We don't treat ourselves as sales people, we are consultants here to help them grow their business.

**PRESENTATION:**

* Online Consultation and Presentation - You will need to consult with these clients over the phone. Approach potential clients with consultative selling rather than hard selling. Main goal is to consult with them and show them how internet can bring more qualified leads to their phone line.

* Overcome Objections and Close the Sale - Ability to handle objections and close the sale after the presentation.

* Follow-up - Ability to follow up with the customer to try to close the sale after the presentation

**Experience and Skills** ================

* Proven to work independently from home

* Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience that are consultative in nature. Preferred to have proven experience in B2B selling.

* Proven prospecting and cold calling experience and follow up with the sales over the phone

* Effective communication and client presentation skills

* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals

* Proven consultative selling approach rather than hard selling approach, someone who is a good soft seller which is what our system is setup for.

* Media sales experience a plus (Yellow Pages, internet directories, internet marketing, advertising sales to business, etc.

* Technical Skills: Some knowledge in internet marketing is a plus such as using Social Media Marketing (Facebook & Twitter) and Search Engine Marketing (Pay-Per-Click advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Local Search Optimization)

**Compensation and Benefits** =====================Full Time Sales Rep position -- There will be base salary of $20,000/year commissioned based bonus. To hit minimum of 5 new accounts per month quota, you will earn $50,000/year in total compensation. That is just minimum compensation. If you are able to close more, you can easily earn to over $100,000/year for those who are very motivated.
