Position Summary :
REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.

Position Summary :
- Serve as "Subject Matter Expert " related to Client (Architectural, Civil, Structural) systems.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop project criteria, scope, estimate, and project schedules.
- Provide internal review of Client system drawings from outside engineering firms to support system implementation.
- Ensure compliance with related local, state, and national codes, facility operations, and company standards.
- Shop drawing review, RFI processing, and Kanban completion for Client systems.
- Coordination of weekend and plant shutdown work with contractors, plant facilities groups, and manufacturing groups.
- Conduct work progress inspections on a continuous basis.
- Support construction administration activities related to schedule coordination, quality confirmations, weekly coordination meetings, and planned utility outages
- Bachelor's degree major in Civil/ Structural Engineering. However other majors with the relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience 5 to 10 years
- 2 years in construction management.
- Experience in design criteria development for Client systems.
- Automotive experience with engine, transmission, or vehicle facilities or similar industrial manufacturer.
- 5 years in Client design field.
- Bluebeam, AutoCAD
