Global Medical Response is Hiring a Senior Talent Development Business Partner Near Denver, CO

Job Description

Part- Time Senior Talent Development

Greenwood Village, CO

Annual compensation : $35,000 to $40,000 DOE

This role drives all people employee development, culture and engagement programs and initiatives by designing online, face-to-face, blended, and on-demand training opportunities. This role also drives cross-functional collaboration to support large-scale organizational change management efforts and organization development activities.

Summary:

  • Leads small-mid-sized projects through the program design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation.
  • Leads development of programs focused on learning and development, succession planning, talent review and assessment, career pathing, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Recieves input on programs from leaders and peers to understand application of best practices to programs.
  • Creates and delivers engaging training opportunities and instructional resources for our employees with input from needs assessment information.
  • Conducts needs assessments, focus groups, or employee interviews and works with HR leadership to identify areas for improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborates with leadership and peers to design needs analysis. Operationalizes programs to address performance gaps; sees program to completion.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with key internal clients.
  • Prepares, organizes, and executes logistics for talent development projects, including HRIS requirements gathering, design, and testing.
  • Helps maintain the integrity of organizational structures, business and operating procedures, reporting relationships, and positive team interactions.
  • Works closely with leadership to determine process deliverables and timelines.
  • Demonstrates basic change management skills, recognizing what points of change being introduced.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
