We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

As a Host, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities :

• Keep all menus clean and organized
• Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival
• Open the front door for guests when possible
• Record guest names and party sizes during peak times
• Manage the Resy System efficiently
• Locate and seat guest parties when tables become available
• Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible
• Seat guests based on preferences and server station availability
• Understand and comply with all bottle service procedures
• Offer menus to seated guests and inform them of their server's name
• Inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness
• Relay messages to servers and bussers as needed
• Work on your feet for extended periods
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries
• Lift and carry trays as needed
• Assist other Front of House (FOH) staff with various tasks
• Perform duties assigned by management
• Ensure compliance with health department sanitation requirements
• Prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages while on duty

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a host in a high-volume restaurant
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain a warm demeanor
• Familiarity with reservation systems (Resy experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry trays and stand for extended periods
