Position Purpose:

The project Manager will play a key role in developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time and within budget. You will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of each project.

Essential Position Functions:

• Coordinate internal resources and third vendors for the execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budgets.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance.
• Manage client and vendor relationships.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Create and manage project budget, expenses, and costs
• Coordinate and oversee procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of construction materials and equipment, while maintaining high quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain regular communication with the project team, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Required Skills:

• 5- 10 years of experience
• Proven working experience as a project administrator
• Solid technical background
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelors in Computer Science or another Technical field
• PMP/Prince Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
