- High school graduate or equivalent required. Medical Secretarial or Business-related degree.
- Health care revenue cycle experience preferred. Ability to understand and interpret continually changing third party processing guidelines.
- Proficient in Windows-based computer systems or related software and possess a strong working knowledge of the internet is imperative. Previous EMR (electronic medical record) experience helpful.
- Strong time management and organization skills required. Able to prioritize responsibilities and work assignments while working independently.
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communication skillset. Attention to detail is essential.
