- Strong customer focus required. Must be able to show empathy and have a true passion for helping others. Positive, service-oriented attitude is a must while maintaining strict patient confidentiality at all times.
- Successful candidate will exhibit excellent communication, have a strong computer skill set, attention to detail, and demonstrate flexibility, dependability, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently. Candidate is expected to be a self-starter and be committed to support GRH mission, quality improvement goals, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) knowledge helpful; Excellian experience a plus.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Medical terminology coursework, with medical secretarial/administrative degree. In leu of educational background, we will accept previous medical office experience or prior administrative/secretarial experience.
