About us - Glacier Stone began as a startup quarry operation in 2003. The company’s growth was fueled by its customer service. The quality and beauty of Montana’s finest stone colors; in addition to, the passion and determination of those who quarried and manufactured it. Currently, we now quarry our own products from 19 quarry sources and process all materials in one central state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to deliver a broad spectrum of premium natural stone products.
We are seeking a well experienced (5 year) highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Sales area coverage for this position will be in Montana.
Duties:
- Identify and analyze potential markets and customers
- Conduct research to identify new leads and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in masonry and construction sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business development
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
