Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales analysis, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive sales analysis across various timeframes to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform market research and analysis to understand the dynamics of the automotive industry, including competitor analysis, market segmentation, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for sales performance evaluation.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support customer support and management efforts by analyzing customer data, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.
• Utilize analytical tools and software to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
