Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical sales skills and a passion for building relationships with clients. Duties: - Identify and target potential customers to generate new business leads - Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets - Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers - Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to close sales deals - Provide ongoing customer support and address any issues or concerns that may arise - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports Requirements: - Proven experience in technical sales or business development - Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Valid driver's license We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
