We are in search of a Senior Financial Systems Analyst with a distinct expertise in NetSuite to take ownership of our NetSuite instance. Reporting directly to the Financial Systems Manager, the Senior Financial Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our NetSuite instance. This position is expected to have a considerable presence across the organization, taking charge of system enhancements and leading our NetSuite support queue.

Responsibilities

• Lead, own, and deliver the Netsuite ERP application related projects within the defined timeline
• Automate new business processes and enhance the existing ones
• Interact with cross functional business units to define requirements and understand the systems upstream and downstream changes
• Document and develop high level, business processes flows, requirements and design document for new business requirements
• Interact with the development team to provide requirements and specifications
• Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements in NetSuite
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to implement new systems, projects and enhancements
• Support SOX and control policies within the NetSuite ERP
• Make configuration enhancements on Netsuite platform per business requirements
• Stay current with Netsuite's latest releases and review new useful features and functionalities with our business team
• Assist in creating reports and dashboard for business users
• Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements
• Provide training to end users
• Perform day-to-day maintenance and support tasks for all the NetSuite application
• Workflow design, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 5 years of NetSuite system administration
• Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills
• Highly self-motivated and directed by being a great team player
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness and availability for occasional domestic and international travel

Preferred Capabilities

• Netsuite certification is a major plus
• Strong knowledge of Quote to Cash process and finance related business processes such as Order Management, Billing and Collections, Revenue Management, Procurement and General Accounting
• Previous SOX compliance/public company experience is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Strong knowledge on Netsuite SuiteFlow and SuiteScript
• Jira ticketing system experience

Total compensation for this role is market driven, with a starting salary of $minimum of range 96k , as well as company stock awards. Base pay is ultimately determined based on a candidate's skills, expertise, and experience.
