Our ideal candidate will directly report to the CPO and partner with stakeholders across the company to enable self service access to the data they need, and work on reporting and analysis to track revenue and improve Notability.This role is required to be on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays in our San Francisco office.What You'll Do:Partner with senior leadership and product teams to use data to drive insights and facilitate decision makingDevelop interactive dashboards and automate reportsLead the development and implementation of our revenue forecasting modelWork across multiple teams to standardize, document and generate core metrics for our business and our productIdentify trends and patterns in complex data sets to develop actionable insightsDefine, understand, and test opportunities to improve the products and business and influence roadmapsCollaborate with the product team to instrument and measure new initiativesClearly communicate findings and recommendationsValidate, clean, and maintain data integrity to guarantee the reliability of our analysesWhat You Need:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or equivalent work experience5 years of experience in data science, analytics, math/statistics or related fieldProficient with at least one programming language like Typescript, Python or RProficient in SQL and working with relational databasesExperience with regression analysis, A/B testing, data modeling and reportingAbility to communicate data insights effectively with dashboards and visualizationsSelf-motivated, proactive and solution-orientedExcellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and collaborative skillsBonus Qualifications:Experience with GCP, AWS, DBX or related cloud technologiesExperience with BI platforms like Causal, Tableau, Looker or ModeExperience with SAAS business modelsHow We workEach member of our team contributes to all parts of our products.
