Role and Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze emails from overseas teams to ensure timely and efficient communication.
Review packaging artwork by email, specifically the legal lines and details against buyer PO, and identify any discrepancies.
Communicate with buyers or salespersons via email to obtain approval for artwork related to specific accounts.
Track all packages via UPS and flag all upcoming deliveries for the next day to ensure timely delivery.
Inspect production samples against pre-production samples for color, quality, pattern and fit once packages arrive.
Confirm that the factory has made the product correctly.
Collaborate with Design and Sales teams to review PS and liaise with the factory representative.
Verify physical labels/packaging and stickers from production against artwork and the PO to ensure UPC, MSRP, fiber content, and positioning are correct.
Organize all paperwork, labels, samples for future reference in an efficient manner.
Review vendor guides to communicate efficiently with the appropriate buyers.
Work closely with division heads and designers for final approval.
Collaborate closely with our overseas team daily, producing solutions to problems (folding issues, inadequate quality, callouts, defects on packaging).
Track samples using time and action calendar, PS/TOP samples. Track sample approvals in customer portals and measure samples.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have superior organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience using Pantone book

NY Pay Transparency:
The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 annually based on skills and experience.
