Job Title: Assistant Creative Coordinator

The Assistant Creative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Creative Graphics & Studio department, coordinating and planning Studio & Graphic Design, scheduling through completion.

Assistant Creative Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Schedule and plan timelines for projects
• Gather digital assets and relevant information
• Proofread artwork for final output
• Maintain brand standards
• Assign Packaging projects to designers
• Create Project Assignments for the Creative team
• Uploading packaging artwork drafts for review

Assistant Creative Coordinator Requirements:

• Minimum two years of relevant experience, coordinating product packaging in a Creative Production work environment
• Working knowledge of Adobe products, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Project Management experience
• Methodical and detail-oriented
• Ability to think on your feet, problem solver
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Based in Los Angeles, in-office, M-F, corporate headquarters
