Sample Coordinator/Photo Studio Assistant

THE ROLE

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sample Coordinator/Studio Assistant at Nogin's Photo studio located in Downtown Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for daily studio operations such as sample management, communication, greeting and receiving guests, stocking snacks and office supplies and inventory management

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Checking in and preparing samples before shoots
• Organizing and packing up samples after shoots
• Light activity posting and engaging with audience on social media pages.
• Maintaining Studio Sample organization
• Ordering and Stocking office supplies and snacks

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

• Experience with sample coordination and inventory management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in and comfort with being present on social media
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or related software
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
