THE ROLE

We are actively seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing Coordinator. You will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, supporting the planning and execution of diverse marketing initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating digital promotional events, managing marketing collateral, assisting with influencer marketing support and collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Utilizing your organizational skills, you'll assist in tracking marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and providing insights for optimization. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, coupled with your creative input, will contribute to our overall marketing success. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• You will assist in the coordination and execution of various cross channel marketing efforts, including video, direct buys, and affiliate campaigns
• Your role will involve liaising with partners, tracking campaign performance, and supporting specialists and managers in achieving our business goals
• Manage administrative tasks related to partnerships and campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with specialists to optimize campaigns
• Support the team in achieving marketing goals

• Your finger is on the pulse of marketing, social media and influencer marketing trends. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines with moderate supervision
• Understanding of multi-channel marketing concepts
• Understanding Meta Shops and TikTok shops
• Knowledge of social media and community best practices
