GHR Search is Hiring a Regional Vice President, Business Development Near , MA

The Regional Vice President of Business Development is responsible for identifying and pursuing new clinical partnership opportunities, cultivating existing relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to expand our presence in the market and drive census at multiple skilled nursing facilities located in Massachusetts. This role requires a combination of management, strategic vision, sales expertise, and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive SNF referrals and maintain census.
  • Identify and pursue new partnerships through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, assisted living facilities, home health, hospice, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the needs of referral partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including census, CMI, and reimbursement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to each building’s marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the skilled nursing facility/nursing home industry with a focus on marketing, business development, and admissions is required.
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts hospital systems and relationships with referral sources.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. MBA preferred. Extensive skilled nursing industry experience is acceptable in lieu of formal education as well.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing within the skilled nursing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including reimbursement models, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans that drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel locally to meet with clients, attend conferences, and participate in industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
