The Graduate Management Training Program Overview:

Your initial 3-5 days will focus on honing your conversational skills for events. It's likely that you'll secure your first few sales during this period, bolstering your confidence.

Within a few weeks, individuals excelling in event work can progress to the second stage of our Graduate Management Training Program. You'll also collaborate with the management team to establish specific advancement goals within the program.

Training Program Requirements:
