As an integral part of the Human Resources team, the Talent Development & Engagement Manager (TDEM) is primarily responsible for the oversight and facilitation of the Employee Learning, Professional Development, and Employee Engagement functions for the Office of Human Resources.The TDEM will utilize the existing framework and learning management system within the agency to develop, enhance and execute talent development and talent engagement strategies throughout the enterprise.Under the direction of the Deputy Director of Human Resources, the TDEM’s primary role will be to provide guidance and hands on leadership, in developing and implementing strategies, procedures, and programs that align with business goals and organizational objectives.
