SUMMARY:
The E-Commerce Customer Service is responsible for the day-to-day fulfillment of orders while providing a positive shopping experience for the consumer. The hourly rate for this role is $15.00/hour.
Hours for this Position: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (No nights or weekend hours).

Essential Duties:

Process sales orders generated by the website, phone, and inter-departmental orders.
Pull product from the stockroom
Pack boxes, gift wrap, and process shipping labels using practical judgment to determine the optimal shipping method
Communicates with customers and internal partners
Packing and shipping of onsite distilled spirits, following all local, state, and Federal regulations
Coordinate the department's processing and data entry of outgoing daily UPS, FedEx, and occasional USPS shipments.
Other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous e-commerce or shipping experience preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently to fulfill job duties
Flexible and possessing a high level of integrity
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly required to stand; Regularly required to walk; Frequently required to sit; Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity; Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl; The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
