Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in HR policies and procedures, have strong leadership skills, and be able to effectively manage a team.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to optimization of business systems in assigned business operations by developing proficiency and mastery of Oracle Metalink, including TAR’s (Technical Assistance Requests) for incident resolution.
Contribute to optimization of business systems in assigned business operations by developing proficiency in concepts and tools of process improvement.
Support management in administration of HR policies and practices.
Contribute to optimization of business systems in assigned business operations by developing proficiency and mastery of business applications other than ERP.
Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes by leading process improvement team and/or users to utilize the tools of process improvement such as process mapping, data gathering/charting and root cause analysis to make and document systemic changes.
Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes by teach end user in system changes, transitions and/or improvements.
Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes by prioritizing open incident tickets as well as proactively identify opportunities for improvement or problem avoidance.
Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes by assuring appropriate analysis cross-process/cross function when process changes are planned by on process team that could impact or affect the manner in which other process teams or processes.
Maintain employee and management confidence by appropriately using all resources assigned for the conduct of business, including telephone, computer, supplies and materials.
Analyze information from multiple sources and use it to persuade others to accept and implement a course of action or to be persuaded by others.
Combine and synthesize information from multiple sources into a unified or systematic report using various methods or communications both written and verbal.
Skills:
- Senior leadership experience in HR
-Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or SHRM certification
At least 5 years experience in HR leadership that runs a major ERP system.
Must have high level of ability to handle confidential information under times of high stress.
Proficient knowledge in common Human Resources procedures and practices.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
