Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Vice Presidentforgeneral managementand tooversee our team ofprojectmanagers. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic vision, driving operational excellence, and leading our organization to sustainable growth and success. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, with the expectation of assumingadditional leadershipin the future. This role will be responsible for driving the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally,astheExecutive Vice President, youwill play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and expand our project portfolio.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the President andother senior leaders to develop and implement the company's strategic goals andinitiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall mission and vision.

2. Operational Excellence: Oversee the operationalactivities of the organization, identifying opportunities for improvement,optimizing processes, and driving efficiencies to achieve operationalexcellence.

3. Financial Management: Provide strategic oversight offinancial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring sound financialmanagement practices and profitability.

4. Team Development: Attract, develop, and retain toptalent, building a high-performing team that is aligned with the organization'sculture, values, and objectives.

5. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships withkey stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors, ensuringeffective communication and collaboration.

6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risksand challenges, implementing appropriate risk management strategies andensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Succession Planning: Work closely with the currentCompany President to gain a deep understanding of the organization'soperations, culture, and industry landscape, preparing for a seamlesstransition into additional leadership in the future

 

Qualifications:1. Proven Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in executivemanagement positions, demonstrating exceptional leadership abilities, strategicthinking, and a track record of driving organizational success.2. Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge and understanding of theindustry, market trends, and competitive landscape, enabling effectivedecision-making and the ability to drive innovation.3. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, andstrategic planning, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and makesound business decisions.4. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, oral, andwritten communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact withstakeholders at all levels, including board members, employees, and externalpartners.5. Visionary Mindset: A forward-thinking and innovative approach, withthe ability to anticipate and adapt to changes in the business environment,driving growth and long-term success.6. Collaborative Team Player: Strong collaboration and team-buildingskills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and diverseenvironment, fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement.7. Integrity and Ethical Standards: Unquestionable integrity, highethical standards, and a commitment to promoting a culture of transparency,fairness, and accountability.

Additional Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management,or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in project management, businessdevelopment, or a related role.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate andguide a team towards achieving project objectives and business growth.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with theability to make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment andmanage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Professional certifications such as PMP (ProjectManagement Professional) or business development certifications are a plus.Experience in federal contracting (NASA and DoD preferred)
