### Job Summary:
This position uses best practices gained from your experience in either Floral Operations, Hospitality, Restaurants, or running a small business to manage the day-to-day operations of Geny’s Flowers’ florist and wholesale divisions. Duties include staffing, purchasing, inventory, orders, deliveries, merchandising, customer service, and business development to ensure operations run professionally and efficiently while maintaining high quality and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, implementing process improvements, and driving business growth while creating an atmosphere of professionalism. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maximizing profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. Monday through Friday with an occasional weekend.

### Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance

- Model and create an atmosphere of professionalism in communication, actions, and delivery of Geny’s customer service and duties.

- Foster a positive work environment and cooperative team.

-Maintain a customer driven focus.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

### Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives
- Experience in sales and profit loss management
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
