Mamgement Company having solid growth and needs several GMs for small branded limited service Hotels in Manhatten and Brooklyn.
This is a growing dynamic young company that typically promotes from within but because of the recent growth and projects in the pipeline will need experienced Hoteliers and GMs for Branded Hotels of 100 rooms or less. Are you an experienced GM or Ops Manager looking to make that next step?

Overview:
The Hotel General Manager oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. This role is a leader within the team and an ambassador for the hotel, which entails providing strong leadership and strategic planning with all departments in support of our service culture.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of all hotel departments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any feedback or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of hotel staff
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Handle any emergencies or issues that may arise during the shift
- Forecast, monitor and control hotel expenses and budgets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management
- Hilton, Marriott or IHG hotel experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficient in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Basic understanding of human resources principles
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Work a flexible schedule based on the hotel’s business needs.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
