Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including staff supervision, financial performance, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the establishment
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance operations
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the establishment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Aloha POS system and other relevant software applications
- Culinary background or experience in food industry is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
