The Referral Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and orderly enrollment of patients into the Genuine Health at Home Program. Performs general clerical tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, maintaining patient records, and verifying insurance information upon receipt of referral. Frequent telephonic interactions with patients, doctors, and insurance companies. Maintaining confidentiality by following all applicable HIPPA regulations.
√ High School Diploma
√ Two (2) years of experience in an outpatient, direct patient care clinic; or
√ Two (2) years of experience as a care coordinator in an inpatient setting
√ Fully bilingual required (English/Spanish)
