Job Summary: Responsible for developing, monitoring, and closing new business deals with new clients in the biotech in an assigned territory. Essential Functions:Develop sales strategy for the assigned territory in collaboration with Global Director Business DevelopmentDevelop relationships with potential customers in the biotech industry within the assigned territory, leading into signed agreements for clinical research in all phasesIdentify target clients and facilitate meetings with decision makersAchieve monthly sales targets and sign new contracts according to annual objectivesPrepare proposals in coordination with employees in company's global sitesMonitor the internal progress of proposals, from submission to signature of the contractReport bi-weekly progress and meetings with clientsPrepare personalized presentations for client meetings Participate in the development and execution of marketing plan to promote the company within the target clientsSkills and Qualifications:Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry and services offered by Genesis Drug Discovery & Development/JSS Medical ResearchDemonstrated and accessible network of contacts with decision makersAbility to build and strengthen relationships with decision makersEffectively communicate and present ideas in verbal and written formTrack record in achieving goals and revenue targetsStrategic thinkingSelf-motivatedKnowledge of pharmaceutical industry & global trendsKnowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practiceSalesforce software Medical terminologyMS OfficeDemonstrate behaviors that are shared at JSS Medical Research: integrity, respect, professionalism, commitment and accountability. Experience and Education:At least a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences Areas or Business Administration At least 3 years’ experience in the industryPrevious experience in business
