We are looking for a friendly, informative, and welcoming receptionist and cashier to join our growing company. As a receptionist, you will serve as a positive first impression of the company at all times, while handling the daily responsibilities of a receptionist with efficiency and ease. You will answer inquiries, and provide information to customers and visitors.

This role is based out of our Ridgefield, NJ branch.

Receptionist/Cashier Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information
• Handle cash box and register duties for branch location
• Filing of warranties
• Organization of paperwork

Receptionist Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior experience handling receptionist responsibilities;
• Experience in customer service or related field
• Cash (cash, checks, credit cards) handling and application
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work ~7am-4:30pm M-F and two Saturdays per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
