Job Summary:

Supervise and Delegate all duties relating to the processing and follow-up of the accounts payable process in a high-volume environment. In addition, the Accounts Payable Manager will communicate extensively with vendors, suppliers of materials and services as well as internal associates. The Accounts Payable Manager will assist and report to the CFO. Full Time, Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Accounts payable / receivable or related experience
• Experience with Microsoft software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in an office environment using an integrated business computer system
• Competent math skills
• Time Management (able to meet strict deadlines)

Additional skills a plus but not required:

• AS400 Platform familiarity
• Familiar with Quickbooks.
