Hybrid position available! A Nutley, NJ based biotech firm is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join their group on a contract to full-time basis as they continue to scale their business. The Accounting Manager will report to the Director of Finance, and will be involved in a blend of responsibilities including FP& A, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash. Responsibilities will include handling the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles, improving accounts payable processes by way of automating and streamlining operations, and driving the monthly close. The ideal Accounting Manager will have recent experience with matching PO's to invoices, negotiating terms with procurement and vendors, revenue recognition, reconciling accounts, preparing/reviewing journal entries, and preparing for audits. Prior experience in the pharma or personal care industries is preferred, as is experience with business process improvement initiatives. Recent experience working on the NetSuite platform is a must! This is a terrific opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to increase their level of responsibility while remaining involved with daily accounting operations. If you are interested in applying for this contract to full-time Accounting Manager role, please contact David Serrano at Robert Half Management Resources (551-307-0316 or david.serrano@roberthalf.).
