Come join us! We are looking for capital sales reps across the U.S. to join us in building the Geneo brand. Geneo’s Area Sales Managers will be selling the Geneo system to med-spas, resort spas, day spas and aesthetic practices.

  • You love to demo systems to show providers the results they can achieve for their clients and patients.
  • You’ll be joining us at the start of building something big – you’ll be part of the first group of outside sales professionals, helping us build out a world class sales team and support function.
  • You’ll be working with a top-performing support team helping on the front-end and back-end to make Geneo a must-have for any esthetician.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

  • Traveling within your territory – cold calling and planned appointments with med spas, days spas, resorts, and aesthetic practices.
  • Introduce providers to Geneo, its products and how to position it so they can take their skin treatments to a whole new level.
  • Set up your new providers with install training that helps them get working right away.
  • Generate accurate forecasts for the territory based on assessment of your territory’s pipeline.
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

WHAT ARE YOUR X_FACTORS 

  • Xperience selling into the aesthetics (cash-pay) market, dermatology/plastic surgery or med spa and/or high-end resort and day spas.
  • Xstablished relationships in your territory.
  • Xperience selling medical devices or equipment must be to physician practices, not hospitals.
  • Specific Xamples of closing sales based on ROI, successfully growing medical practices or spas by building a business around your products.
  • Demonstrated Xpertise and Xperience in managing and closing complex sales with quotas in excess of $1.5M annually.

(Lucrative, uncapped commission structure! $80,000.00 base with the On Target Earnings $220,000.00)
