Title: Human Resources Generalist (“HRG”)
Reports to: Genelco Controller
The HRG will manage the relationships between the Genelco, C3 and affiliated companies (“Company”) and their employees, in accordance with stated corporate objectives. The HRG will source, recruit, hire and onboard personnel, using best industry practices. The HRG will document and implement the Company’s human resources policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to mandatory Wage & Labor laws. The HRG will facilitate interactions between personnel, coordinate performance evaluations and advise management, in order to maintain the Company’s status as an employer of choice. Travel between two Phoenix offices will be required.

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
· Expert knowledge of Human Resource laws and regulations.
· Minimum of three (5) years of supervisory experience.
· Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment, staffing and human resources experience.
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Good judgment and ability to make impartial and educated decisions.
· Experienced public speaker, able to address audiences and communicate effectively.
· Excellent writing skills and experience drafting business letters, manuals, policies, and procedures.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
· Able to quickly learn benefit software programs and navigate websites.
· Able to perform duties with autonomy and minimal supervision.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
