Geislinger is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Battle Creek, MI.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and scheduling interviews.
• Execute the onboarding process of new hires.
• Assist with employee performance reviews and conduct corrective action as needed.
• Assist in employee compensation and benefits administration.
• Oversee employee engagement programs and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience in human resources preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to prioritize and organize activities to meet department objectives and company goals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $52,359.11 - $63,056.13 per year
