Hiring now for a full-time paralegal position. We are an entrepreneurial law firm in Tampa that focuses on business litigation in State and Federal Courts, and estate planning services. We are planning for aggressive growth this year and need an experienced and enthusiastic paralegal to join our team. This position will work directly with the Owner, clients, Judge’s chambers and opposing counsel. This is a virtual position, with the possibly of also becoming a hybrid office/virtual in the future, so you need to be local to Tampa. We will provide you with a new computer and dual monitor set up, and a VOIP desk phone so you don’t have to use your personal equipment or cell phone. Clio familiarity is a must. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Probate Court and doing initial drafts of estate planning documents in WealthCounsel. This is a billable time position. This is a full-time position, but for the right person we can accommodate part time as well.

To help you decide if you are the perfect fit for this job, you should have an attention to detail that may sicken ordinary mortals. You will keep the attorneys on task, and focused on what only attorneys can do by taking non-attorney tasks off their plate. In fact, you will insist on that. Compensation will match experience.
