Job Description
- Working knowledge of the Florida Probate Rules and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Florida Statutes Experience drafting EP documents Experience drafting and analyzing legal documents Telephone communication with clients and courts, file maintenance, preparation of accounting and (estate tax returns may be useful but not necessary), and preparation of trust transfer documentation
- Advanced knowledge and experience working with electronic management of case documents, including computer-based redaction, review and processing of case documents and preparation for electronic production of documents
- Working knowledge of or the ability to learn e-discovery and litigation support software
- The ability to produce accurate and high-quality work product while working on multiple projects for multiple cases
- Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail; advanced knowledge of computer applications (including Word; PowerPoint; Excel; and Outlook and document assembly programs)
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
