Help Desk Technician II

Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and / or systems hardware and software
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Education : High School Diploma / GED
Required Experience : 1 years of related experience
Two certifications are required for the program :
1. Security CE or another 8570 Cert
2. PWS 9.1 cert
