Job Summary:
Coordinate conversion production, based on the required orders, allocating the necessary resources to complete them in the required time according to production standards, with the quality required by our customers and at the cost established by the organization. All this, respecting the procedures and work instructions to avoid accidents and ensuring that workers have the necessary resources.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise all the personnel in charge to avoid unsafe conditions and acts.
- Participate and lead maintenance scheduled stops.
- Comply with the production program.
- Verify that the materials to be used are adequate
- Report deviations to quality
- Report, resolve and follow up on any anomaly in the machinery to maintenance
- Follow-up of 5's
- Filling out formats (self-quality, lost time report, log, etc.)
- Develop employee skills
- Comply with the preventative maintenance.
- Other assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001 quality management system
- Environmental system3 ISO 14001 and related aspects
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Lubrication and machine deep cleanliness
Skills and Competencies:
- Area inspection.
- Problem solving.
- Coordination of production
- Use of computers and smartphones.
- Training current and new employees.
- Use of Google Suite and/orMS Office.
- Knowledge and application to production programs.
- Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety issues.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 / 14001:2015.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work in high altitude, greased unbalanced areas and/or confined spaces.
- Physical Ability and Demand: Must be able to lift, sit, stand or walk for a period of time. Tasks involve the ability to exert physical effort in sedentary to movement type work, but which may involve lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of minimal weight.
- Walking:Constantly for 12 hours
- Standing: Constantly for 12 hours
- Lifting: Occasionally 0-50 lbs.
- Pushing, Pulling, Twisting and Climbing: Occasionally
