GBS Group is Hiring a Customer Success Specialist Near Miramar, FL

To be considered for this position you must be fully Bilingual in English & Spanish.

This position is partially remote. In office work is expected to be required for mailings, printing, and receiving 3 to 4 days a week on average. When close to tax filing deadlines 5 days a week maybe required.

As a Customer Success Specialist at GBS Group you will work closely with our Financial & Tax Advisory Team. Customer Success Specialists most possess extraordinary interpersonal and problem solving skills. While working at GBS Group a Customer Success Specialist will be expected to provide customer services and administrative support for various functions.

Customer Success Specialists must have proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. Being able to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Facilitate follow-up with potential new clients for the department.
  • Walk clients through setting up and using our online portal.
  • Receive and process incoming mail correspondence for the department.
  • Prepare tax return and other filing packages for shipment.
  • Drop-off shipments at post office and archive Mail Receipts.
  • Supports startup administrative functions and other departments as needed.
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, scanning and collating.
  • Facilitate and prepare proposals for new clients or client renewals.
  • Prior experience in tax or accounting departments is ideal but not required

Qualifications

  • Fully Bilingual English & Spanish
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
