This position is partially remote. In office work is expected to be required for mailings, printing, and receiving 3 to 4 days a week on average. When close to tax filing deadlines 5 days a week maybe required.
As a Customer Success Specialist at GBS Group you will work closely with our Financial & Tax Advisory Team. Customer Success Specialists most possess extraordinary interpersonal and problem solving skills. While working at GBS Group a Customer Success Specialist will be expected to provide customer services and administrative support for various functions.
Customer Success Specialists must have proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. Being able to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
