To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with bartenders, food runners, cooks, and other team members. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired.

Key Manager Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing procedures for the entire restaurant
• 100% table visits
• Dealing with guest complaints
• Making sure that the restaurant is always clean and properly organized
• Dealing with daily restaurant issues
• Conducting pre-shift with all team members
• Cash and drawer audits
• Counting money
• Ability to run reports on the POS
• Checking out hourly team members
