Gator Cases is Hiring an Amazon Operations Manager Near Tampa, FL
We are adding to our Amazon team! In this position, you will assist us with identifying and recovering Amazon shortage claims and performance related chargebacks. If you obsess over the details, if you enjoy wearing a finance hat but under the guise of being on the Amazon team, we want you to join us in Tampa at our headquarters!
Responsibilities
- Amazon Vendor PO Management: Process and manage weekly purchase orders
- Monitor open orders and scheduled ship dates to coordinate on time shipping with warehouse
- Review and identify Amazon product shortages, price discrepancies and chargebacks
- Submit all valid disputes through Vendor Central
- Monitor and track recovery efforts and status of open claims
- Track and report denied disputes to finance for escalation
- Reduce potential chargebacks through proactive order management to avoid late/canceled orders
- Review open balance and past due invoices, audit and resubmit missing/incorrect invoices
- Update/Maintain Amazon insights reporting dashboard
Requirements
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central a huge plus
- Experience with eCommerce platforms a plus
- Committed to the details and documentation
- Ability to perform independently or in a group setting
- Get it done attitude – great work ethic and work with a sense of urgency
- Drive to see disputes through to resolution
