Job Summary:

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in an efficient manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system

- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette guidelines
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
