JOB DESCRIPTION
Gas Media Group is looking for a Talent Manager to join our team! This opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about the creator space and social media trends. The ideal candidate is comfortable with and active across social media platforms, highly organized, and able to multitask.
The Talent Manager will work toward recruiting and developing top tier digital talent into our network as well as channel management and optimization, research and development, and digital campaigns.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Channel research: research and analyze current clients in the network as well as potential.
- Outreach and recruitment of top-level talent on digital platforms
- Create and edit one sheet on talent used for pitching purposes to brands
- Maintain and develop reports for roster of talent
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum 1 years of talent development or operations experience
- Ability to identify issues and problem solve without supervision
- Ability to address conflict and provide feedback professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Knowledge of the digital space (YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, Tik Tok)
