Gary Smith Honda in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager with proven leadership history. If you are passionate about the car business, have the ability to motivate, train and successfully manage a sales team we have a position for you!

Used Car Sales Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strive to exceed monthly used car sales goals
• Have a strong working knowledge of all online auto auction activity
• Establish and control wholesale activities
• Appraise incoming used vehicles and manage inventory
• Responsible to train sales consultants on effective selling and closing techniques
• Responsible for driving used car sales traffic
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
• Assist sales consultants with customer interactions
• Manage sales staff, including holding accountability to performance, time & attendance, and other personnel-related matters
• Other duties as assigned

Used Car Sales Manager Qualifications:

• Previous successful automotive sales required
• Must be available to work Monday – Saturday with one off day during the week
• Must be a go-getter and have positive attitude
• At least 2 years automotive dealership sales management skills preferred
• At least 2 years used car management experience preferred
• Must be able to demonstrate professionalism and be a team-player
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills including motivating sales consultants to sell used cars.
• Experience assisting/supporting sales objectives
• Bilingual a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
