We have an immediate opening for an office receptionist. This is a full time position. The qualified candidate will adhere to our company policy and procedures as they relate to philosophy, safety and our code of ethics. In this position you will represent our company, so courtesy, professional demeanor, and professional phone etiquette are prerequisites to your success.
Responsibilities and Additional Position Information:
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Directing of calls to appropriate destination
- Scheduling annual maintenance plans for customers
- Log calls into computer software system
- Full time position, M-F 7:30AM – 4PM
- Full time benefits include insurance, paid vacation, insurance and retirement plan (after an initial qualification period)
