Position Summary

Seeking an innovative and experienced Executive Assistant for Digital Products - Web / SEO at Gargle, a fast-growing marketing company. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Pay starts at $17.00/hr

Hours: 5 x 4 hours/week (20 hours per week)

  • Executive Assistant Functions:
    • Ownership of projects and tasks – All projects and tasks assigned will be the responsibility of the Executive Assistant until completion
    • Help in the day to day tasks of updating and optimizing client websites
    • Work extensively with Salesforce, Wordpress, Google Sheets, Salesforce, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Search Engine Console, Google Tag Manager, Yoast
    • Assist the website and SEO team with product fulfillment
    • Provide administrative support for the website / seo team manager with call prep, follow-up and project tracking
    • Provide administrative support to the Executive and the business development team
    • Be able to prioritize and communicate well
    • Troubleshoots issues and concerns
    • Establishes, processes and maintains agendas, records, files and reports
    • Maintains documents on appropriate file servers and repositories
    • Screens and responds to inquiries and administrative problems
    • Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and outside vendors
    • Work independently on projects
    • Coordinate project-based work
    • Review operating practices and propose improvements where necessary
    • Responsible for other duties as assigned
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years of strong experience providing support at the executive level
    • Two (2) years of Business, Language Arts, Marketing, Communications college or equivalent work experience is required
    • Experience or career interest in website development and seo
    • Expert Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Research skills – Ability to collect data from multiple sources to support analysis
    • Experience with Mac computers and an aptitude to learn quickly and independently
    • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills relative to administration
    • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines and adapt to changing responsibilities while providing consistent and professional service
    • Ability to interact with all levels within an organization
    • Excellent follow-through capabilities

    • Experience with production design of flow charts, work process graphs and documentation data display
